This strange, robe-clad specter is a merciless fiend who takes pleasure in killing.  In battle, he summons oceanic eldritch monsters with Prelati's Spellbook, “Textbook of the Sunken Spiral Castle.”  His villainous deeds inspired the character “Bluebeard.”
